Max's big introduction to the world

Greetings from California! I’ve been visiting my parents for the last two weeks and we’ve been having a marvelous time. Max was amazingly cooperative on the flight and none of the stewardesses even knew there was a baby on board.

What a difference three months makes...here he is at two days and here is Max the day we got there…he’s wearing his new little baseball hat…

My mom has bought him so much stuff for him to have while he’s here with his ‘Wi-Pua’ (that’s grandmother in Chinese).
Here's my mom holding Max

Hanging out in his little green outfit (I took this picture for Kristina Hopper because the outfit has a frog on it and says, ‘Little Hopper’ and it made me think of you).
A few days after we got here, there was a heat wave (low 90’s here and higher inland). Here is a picture of Max taking a nap in just his diaper…he was SO hot!!!
Here we are on our way for a little morning hike in our new baby Bjorn…way more expensive than other carriers…but also worth every penny!!
We went to San Francisco Chinatown and found this little outfit for him…it’s a hoot…he’s so cute!!!! My favorite part is the braid that is connected to the hat!!!

You can see he was a little bored with pictures after a while!!! I finally understand what Meradith means…I’ve got a serious crush on this kid!!!
